ServiceTarget is a software-as-a-service company based in Bozeman, Montana focused on helping business leaders shift their focus from supporting customers one at a time to enabling customers to be more successful via self-service and improve their overall customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position, available to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States.

What you will do:
- Become an expert in helping companies develop successful self-service programs designed to reduce customer effort, improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer service costs
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop winning account plans
- Leverage the business development strategies that work best for you to gain traction within a targeted set of accounts
- Complete end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution development, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing
- Leverage CRM to create and organize your work plans and track your sales activities
- Execute with a high-level of professionalism and represent ServiceTarget well in the marketplace
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
- 7-15 years of experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- Experience working with executives and persuading them to work with you
- Strong business and technical acumen, including a history of closing new software sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and make things happen without supervision
- Experience selling into consumer products, electronics, telecom, banking, SaaS
