Technical Product Manager

Job Description

ServiceTarget is seeking a Technical Product Manager to help us develop and deliver cutting-edge self-service, knowledge management, and AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative team shaping the future of no-code platforms and customer experience innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand ServiceTarget’s template library, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and customer needs.
  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand their objectives and implement tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert-level product support and guidance to enterprise customers, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for self-service, knowledge management, and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, and release.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements by engaging with customers, stakeholders, and market research.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  • Become a subject matter expert for the product, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and agile development within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–10 years of experience in product development or product management, with a focus on software, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical product development with agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performing solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background or experience with cloud-based architectures, ideally on AWS.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following domains: search and AI, content management, data management, workflows/integration, or front-end development/UX design.
  • Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms to manage and measure product success.
  • A passion for solving complex business problems with innovative, customer-centric solutions.
